Rhino Form insulated concrete forms consist of Type 2 molded expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam conforming to ASTM C578 / CAN/ULC-S701 with embedded polypropylene skeletal frame conforming to ASTM D4101 / CAN/ULC-S102.2

Rhino Form Full Height ICF has the highest R-Value in the ICF Industry. When constructing with Rhino Form the concrete is layered between two continuous panels of 3 1/4″ (82.5 mm) EPS foam, which isolates the concrete and significantly reduces the flow of heat through the wall. Rhino Form’s FH-ICF uses flame retardant (FR) Grade EPS that offers an R-Value of 30 at 40°F (4°C).

This helps to stabilize the internal temperature from day to night temperature fluctuations and provides a largely self-regulating environment. Reducing the amount of mechanical equipment needed for heating and cooling means less energy consumption, resulting in greater cost savings throughout the year.

The patented manufacturing system and the configuration of the embedded polypropylene frame give Rhino Forms the structural integrity that is far superior in performance and value to other ICF products in the market.
